Rail Technical Manager - Saudi Arabia

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a leading Contractor for a Metro Project in the Middle east and need a Rail Technical Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead technical planning and execution for tunnels, metro stations, and complex structures.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (civil, structural, MEP, systems, architectural).
• Ensure design compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Oversee design reviews, approvals, and interface coordination with construction and systems teams.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Guide and manage engineering resources, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Act as primary technical liaison with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust QA/QC, risk management, and adherence to safety and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• 20-25 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in a Technical Managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering
• Strong expertise in Tunnels, Metro Station Projects, Iconic Stations, and Complex Building Structures.
• Technically strong in Design, systems, coordination, and multidisciplinary project execution.

The role requires proven track record in handling large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring technical compliance, and managing engineering teams effectively.
