Cost Controller - Heavy Civil Infrastructure

Join a major infrastructure project shaping the future of transportation! We're looking for an experienced Cost Controller to manage budgets, monthly cost reports, earned value analysis, and risk registers for a complex heavy civil project.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update target and revised budgets

• Analyse cost variances and propose corrective actions

• Coordinate monthly cost control reporting and earned value analysis

• Manage risk and opportunity registers

• Support claims and commercial teams with cost data

• Collaborate closely with project and finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Construction Management, or related field

• 5+ years' project controls experience in heavy civil/construction projects

• Proficient in Project Controls software, Excel, JDE

• Basic engineering knowledge

• Preferably based in Canada and able to work on active construction sites
