Are you an experienced Human Factors Engineer looking for you next long-term opportunity in Derby?

This opportunity will give you the exposure to working with a global Rail consultancy and a world class team, where you will provide technically advanced products for the Rail industry.

Role, Requirements and Qualification expectations:

• You will provide technical expertise in Human Factors to tenders, R&D, Projects and improvement initiatives.
• You will work closely with Project Management teams and Engineers to promote a good understanding of Human Factor capabilities and ensure the smooth integration of Human Factors throughout design, development, and implementation.
• Producing Human Factors integration plans along with methods and design principles.
• Hold strong communication skills and become an integral part of the team.
• Deliver turnkey Mainline and Mass Transit Railway Solutions.
• HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Psychology, Ergonomics, Human Factors or a related discipline (essential)
• Experience of working in large, multi-discipline teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality documentation to tight timescales.
• A willingness to work towards Registered Membership of the CIEHF
