This key leadership role will oversee design teams, ensure excellence in technical delivery, and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders within a major international PMC environment.You will play a pivotal part in defining design objectives, managing deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals in one of the region's most significant railway programmes.
