Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor HSQE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legilastion regulations, and industry standards

- Provide internal HSQE training to project as well as instil a behavioural HSQE culture through out the projects: Include subcontractord HSQE Culture

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and develop actions to stop this happening in the future

- Participate in Audits and inspections

Essential Skills

-NEEBOSH Dip or equivalent level

- Significant experience leading HSQE on railway infrastructure projects

- Developed junior HSQE staff such as Advisors and coordinators

- Experience managing a PC license
