Job Role / Responsibilities

The job role will be work in the field of MEP Manager. They will be responsible for

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement MEP project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. Coordinate with other project managers and stakeholders to integrate MEP activities seamlessly into the construction schedule.

Team Leadership: Lead the MEP team, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient project execution. Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment among the MEP team members.

Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and manage the MEP budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee MEP installations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications. Implement quality control processes to achieve high standards of workmanship.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to MEP activities and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly assess project risks and implement measures to minimize their impact.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on MEP progress. Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional project requirements.

Location

The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years' experience
• Previous experience on Metro projects in the Middle East essential
• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably in metro or transportation infrastructure.
• Full command of the English language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
