About the Project

The MAHSR is India's flagship high-speed rail initiative, spanning 509 km between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, with 12 stations and a maximum operational speed of 320 km/h. The system will utilize ETCS Level 2 signaling and 2x25 KV OHE electrification, integrating cutting-edge technology and international expertise.

Experience:

25+ years in rail infrastructure

15+ years in rail-based telecommunication systems

5+ years as in-charge of telecommunication in high-speed rail (250 km/h)

Education: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent

Experience:

25+ years in rail infrastructure

15+ years in OCC systems for rail transit

5+ years as in-charge of OCC systems in high-speed rail (250 km/h)

Type: International

Education: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent

Experience:

25+ years in rail infrastructure

15+ years in ITC including O&M for rail transit

5+ years as in-charge of ITC in high-speed rail (250 km/h)

Candidate Profile

We seek international experts with proven leadership in high-speed rail projects, particularly those involving ETCS Level 2 systems. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience as discipline heads and be capable of delivering strategic insights and technical excellence.

Evaluation Criteria

Candidates will be assessed based on:

• Educational qualifications (PG/Doctorate preferred)
• Total and relevant experience
• Specific high-speed rail experience (250 km/h)

Target Score: 100%

Minimum Shortlisting Score: 97.5%
